Digitizing
Valley Embroidery offers an in-house digitizing service. Digitizing is a process during which we take your already created artwork and put it into a form that the Embroidery machines can read and sew onto your garment. The process generally costs from $40 to $75, depending on the amount of stitches. After the digitizing process is complete, we will provide you with a 'sew out ' of your design. Digitizing is a one time fee and we will keep your design on file for future reference.
Embroidery
Our embroidery process is our signature service. We offer low
prices and absolutely no minimums. We also specialize in
monogramming shirts, towels, pillowcases, etc. If you don't have a
logo already, we can create one on our computers. All you have to do
is pick out a font, color, style, and explain to us how you want it.
We'll do the rest of the work.
Garment Printing
We offer a new Garment Printing service. By using a water-based
ink solution, we can print on your garment as if it were paper! The
ink dyes the fabric, lasting over 100 washings. Regular screen
printing cracks and begins to peel off. This effect does not occur
to Garment Printed materials. This method is also cheaper than
screen printing and our embroidery service.
